Dispatch Time

Orders are shipped most Tuesdays, as we are a small team and the rescue takes priority! Unlike large online retailers, we normally do not ship same-day.

For smaller items we may send these through standard Royal Mail Tracked48. Please note that for larger items we may use a courier. If you would prefer an alternative carrier, please contact us and we can advise costs for this. We are able to ship items with DX, DHL, ParcelForce, Evri, and DPD.
